Drumconner holds this information on a computerised system and using an external IT support company who advise on GDPR compliance through review and monitoring of our systems. We use Firewall and anti-malware and anti-virus software and staff are all aware not to open suspicious e-mail or click on unapproved websites.
Information kept in paper format is kept locked and access is limited to key staff.
Employees and third parties will only process your data on our instructions and have a duty of confidentiality.

5. How long is Your Data Stored for?

The data we hold remains on our system and is archived locally, for up to seven years after leaving our care. Once this time period is met, we then permanently delete information from the live system and dispose of paper archives.

The data could be accessed via a backup restore which it kept in-line to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

We will always aim to update your preferences within a 3 month cycle and this will be recorded on our computer system.
